My name is Lorenzo Iori and I’m an italian sound engineer and musician. I’m also a big fan of Nintendo 64 games, in particular Zelda Ocarina of Time and Super Mario 64.
As a player and speedrunner, I always tried to find a suitable controller because my old OEM ones are starting to get worn out.
When the Covid-19 pandemy caused a major lockdown in March 2020, I decided to commit myself into designing a replacement stick.
Since then I’m unfortunately still not back to work but I’ve made big steps towards my goal: I do have working prototypes of the stick! With these prototypes up and running, I’m now trying to get more people involved and hopefully be able to produce ProStick64 on a larger scale.
